Position Overview: Under the guidance of the Food and Beverage Manager, the Assistant Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Food and Beverage Department at Typhoon Texas Houston. This role is key to ensuring exceptional guest service and maintaining outstanding food quality throughout the park. The Assistant Manager supports the department with various administrative, preparatory, and compliance-related responsibilities.
