Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

Experience as a cook in a healthcare or food service setting.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation principles.
Ability to follow recipes and dietary instructions.
Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes and standards.
Ensure food quality and presentation meet facility standards.
Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
Assist with inventory management and stock rotation.
Follow all dietary guidelines and restrictions for patients.
Work collaboratively with other members of the food and nutritional services team.
