Requirements

• Previous cooking or foodservice experience preferred
• Ability to follow recipes and production sheets
• Ability to work in a team and fast-paced environment
• Reliable attendance
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• One-year experience as a cook in an institutional food service setting preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals following menus and standardized recipes
• Ensure food quality, portion control, and proper temperatures
• Follow therapeutic and modified diet requirements
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen environment
• Assist with food prep, tray line, and service as needed
• Follow all food safety and infection control procedures
