This role involves overseeing daily operations of the Boardwalk Bistro, Café, and Bar, ensuring excellent customer service, and fostering a positive work environment. You will collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff, manage inventory, and maintain health and safety standards. Requirements

• Previous experience in a Food & Beverage leadership role
• Strong communication skills and the ability to lead a busy team
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service
• Current Tasmanian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) accreditation

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth running of Boardwalk Bistro, Café and Bar
• Ensure excellent customer service and address guest requirements promptly
• Manage and support the team, fostering a positive work environment
• Collaborate closely with kitchen and front-of-house staff
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
• Maintain health and safety standards to ensure a safe dining experience
