About The Position

As a Team Leader, along with creating exceptional guest experiences, you will be responsible for supporting the Bar Manager and Supervisor in the operations, including supervising shifts, floor management and basic stock control. We are seeking a passionate and motivated individual who can help to lead our team during shifts, ensuring our outlet operate smoothly and efficiently. This role is suited to a current Food and Beverage team member.

Requirements

• Experience in a fast-paced venue
• Extensive knowledge of wines, beers, cocktails, and current beverage trends
• Fosters positive culture through strong leadership
• Provides support to management, ensuring the daily commercial success of the bar
• Brings enthusiasm, creativity, and a positive attitude to the team, inspiring staff to do their best
