Midas Hospitality is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to join their team at the Holiday Inn & Suites in Durango, CO. This position will oversee the Bistro and all other food and beverage outlets within the hotel. The role involves managing operations to ensure compliance with brand standards, SOPs, safety regulations, and federal, state, and local regulations. The supervisor will also be responsible for forecasting, implementing, monitoring, controlling, and reporting on outlet budgets to maximize revenue and minimize expenses, while ensuring adequate supplies and staff for quality customer service. Responding to customer trends, needs, issues, comments, and problems to ensure a quality experience is also a key part of the role.
