The Role As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you support daily food and beverage operations, assist in leading service team members, and ensure guests receive warm, attentive, and consistent service. You help maintain clean and organized service areas, guide team members, and resolve guest concerns with professionalism while supporting operational efficiency and brand standards.
Requirements
- Previous restaurant or hospitality leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication and guest service skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team during busy service
- Organized, reliable, and able to multitask
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Passionate about hospitality and creating positive guest interactions
- Flexible to work any shifts, including holidays and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Supervise food and beverage staff during daily operations
- Support training, coaching, and performance of servers, hosts, bartenders, and support staff
- Ensure excellent guest service and handle service recovery when needed
- Oversee service flow and overall outlet operations
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards
- Communicate effectively with kitchen, bar, and management teams
- Support inventory control, ordering, and setup tasks
- Help ensure compliance with hotel, brand, and food safety standards
- Assist with scheduling and staffing coverage as needed
