Food and Beverage Supervisor

Requirements
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent education, training and experience.
- A minimum of one year of Host/Hostess or Lead Server experience in a restaurant, club, hotel or similar setting.
- Ability to understand and explain the menu, address customer service issues that arise and coordinate the meal service.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of wait staff who ensure every resident is greeted, treated professionally and with courtesy.
- Schedule waitstaff to ensure staffing is adequate for all meals provided.
- Consult with the Food and Beverage Manager, Director of Dining and Executive Chef in handling food, service and staffing issues that arise.
- Assist with seating, serving and other aspects of the dining operation as needed.
