Position Summary The Food & Beverage Supervisor plays a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by leading service teams, supporting daily operations, and maintaining IDILIQ’s hospitality standards across all Food & Beverage outlets. This is a hands-on, guest-facing position with a primary focus on afternoon and evening service periods. While most shifts will occur during these hours, the schedule may vary based on business needs, special events, and operational coverage requirements, including weekends and holidays.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of Food & Beverage supervisory experience.
  • Prior serving experience in a hospitality Food & Beverage environment preferred.
  • ServSafe Certification required.
  • Food Handler Certification preferred.
  • Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of responsible alcohol service and vendor laws.
  • Basic understanding of food allergens and appropriate response procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and service standards.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and remain organized.
  • Strong guest and member service orientation.
  • Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 30 pounds.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

  • Actively engage with guests to ensure a welcoming, attentive, and high-quality dining experience.
  • Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring appropriate follow-up and satisfaction.
  • Lead by example on the floor, reinforcing service standards and hospitality culture.
  • Assist servers and support staff during high-volume service periods.
  • Support training and coaching of Food & Beverage team members to ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Foster a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment.
  • Ensure team members are properly groomed, in uniform, and aligned with brand presentation standards.
  • Participate in performance feedback and development discussions.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to food safety and alcohol service.
  • Maintain awareness of ServSafeand related certification requirements for the department.
  • Promote safe, compliant, and responsible alcohol service practices, including allergen awareness.
  • Support accurate handling of guest checks, payments, and billing inquiries.
  • Assist with inventory awareness, restocking needs, and monthly inventory counts for the restaurant, pool bars, and marketplace.
  • Monitor marketplace sales trends and ensure adequate stock levels for high-demand items.
  • Report discrepancies, voids, or concerns to the Food & Beverage Manager and Accounting as appropriate.
  • Assist the Food & Beverage Manager with weekly scheduling and service planning.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned to support operational and guest service goals.
