Requirements
- No college degree required
- Minimum of 2 year related experience required
- Superior organization and guest service skills required
- Word-processing, spreadsheets, and email required.
- Excellent customer service skills with demonstrated experience with handling guest enquiries
Responsibilities
- Assist managers with the training, development, and performance reviews of team members
- Assist managers in the management of staffing levels in accordance with established budgetary goals and business volume
- Inspect by walking through your assigned area to monitor staff and to monitor guest needs
