About The Position

Midas Hospitality is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to join their team at the Courtyard by Marriott in Fort Collins, CO. This position will oversee the Bistro and all other food and beverage outlets within the hotel. The role involves managing operations to ensure compliance with brand standards, SOPs, safety regulations, and federal, state, and local regulations. The supervisor will also be responsible for forecasting, implementing, monitoring, controlling, and reporting on outlet budgets to maximize revenue and minimize expenses, while ensuring adequate supplies and staff for quality customer service. Responding to customer trends, needs, issues, and comments is also a key part of the role to ensure a quality experience.

Requirements

At least two years experience in the Food and Beverage industry
Two years hotel experience

Responsibilities

Hire, train, coach and counsel employees.
Conduct performance reviews, recommend discipline and termination.
Follow all brand standards and programs while managing the operations of the Food and Beverage department to ensure compliance with SOPs, safety regulations as well as federal, state and local regulations.
Forecast, implement, monitor, control and report on the various outlet budgets and their components to maximize revenue and minimize expenses while ensuring adequate supplies and staff are on hand to provide top quality customer service.
Respond to customer trends, needs, issues, comments and problems to ensure a quality experience.
