About The Position
Troon Country Club, located in Scottsdale, AZ, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a full-time Food and Beverage Supervisor! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. This is a seasonal position and will last 6 months or less.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Manages the food and beverage department daily.
- Provides daily oversight of food and beverage accounting procedures.
- Maintains cost controls and conducts monthly inventory.
- Manages food and beverage orders.
- Trains staff on quality assurance and appropriate guest service.
- Performs daily walk-throughs to ensure full compliance with Department of Health regulations.
- Complies with applicable health, alcoholic beverage, fire, and other local and state laws.
- Follows correct closing procedures and appropriate cash handling practices.
- Ensures that high standards of sanitation and cleanliness are maintained throughout all applicable facilities.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
