About The Position

The Food and Beverage Supervisor is responsible for monitoring staff to ensure service delivery exceeds guest expectations. This role involves assisting with the management of food & beverage operations across the restaurant, banquets, lounge bar, and room service. The supervisor is expected to be hands-on, providing physical support to food & beverage and banquet staff to ensure guest satisfaction and consistent business needs are met. Key duties also include training new hires, inspecting side work to ensure proper opening and closing procedures, and resolving guest issues or complaints related to service, food, and beverages.

Requirements

  • At least two (2) years of hotel food & beverage or restaurant supervisor experience required
  • Previous bartending experience
  • Flexible to work AM and PM shifts, mid-shifts, weekends and holidays
  • Ability to communicate in English, both verbal and written
  • Must be able to stand/walk for at least eight (8) hours and lift/carry heavy trays weighting at least 25-30 pounds
  • Current alcohol permit and Food Handler Certification
