Requirements

  • Minimum 1 Year of prior experience as a server or bartender
  • Valid Smart Serve Certificate
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Familiarity with food and beverage services
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency
  • Meticulous attention to detail in taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and handling cash transactions

Responsibilities

  • Provide warm, friendly, and attentive service to all guests, ensuring a positive and memorable dining experience.
  • Greet guests, take orders, and offer menu recommendations based on their preferences and dietary restrictions.
  • Efficiently take and accurately enter food and beverage orders into the POS system.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
  • Handle special requests or modifications with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Familiarize yourself with menu offerings, including food items, cocktails, wines, and other beverages, and provide detailed descriptions and recommendations.
  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic drinks, following proper techniques and presentation guidelines.
  • Process guest payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment securely.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including bar stations, service areas, and dining sections.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell menu items and promote special offers or seasonal features.
  • Provide information about additional products, such as wine pairings or dessert options, to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.
  • Adhere to all applicable food safety and alcohol service regulations, including age verification and responsible alcohol service.
