About The Position

The Fairmont Miramar Hotel & Bungalows is seeking a Food and Beverage Manager to lead, mentor, and train the Food & Beverage Operations team. This role is responsible for ensuring Food & Beverage relevant brand standards are maintained, strategizing on new products and service offerings, and managing the operations of the Food and Beverage venues to ensure consistent exceptional customer service. The manager will also support all food and beverage outlets at the property.

Requirements

  • University/College Degree in a related discipline, or equivalent experience required.
  • Service focused personality is essential and previous leadership experience required (minimum 3 years)
  • Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders
  • Communicate thoughts, actions and opportunities clearly with strong networking skills
  • Ability to lead by example, believe in a strong team culture and set the scene for high performance

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of local food and beverage market is a plus
