Requirements

• Works with the other Food and Beverage Managers and helps oversee and lead the Food and Beverage team in all daily operational duties.
• Assists in the overall management of the Front of House F&B operations.
• Maintain required standards to achieve superior customer service and consistent product within budgeted guidelines.
• Develop active knowledge of food and beverage products served in the outlets.
• Actively supervise and assist with the greeting of food and beverage guests.
• Maintain POS system by keeping database current and organized.
• Supervise the cleanliness of all areas related to the outlet.
• Oversee all employees in the restaurant during a given shift.
• Handle guest reservations in a timely and efficient manner.
• Supervise all delegated duties to required standards.
• Monitor approved training program for all Food and Beverage outlet personnel.
• Hold daily pre-service meetings to include Hotel and Food and Beverage information.
• Assist management and service personnel whenever necessary.
• Requisition all necessary equipment to maintain consistent level of operation.
• Maintain open lines of communication with other managers and departments.
• Actively participate in preparation of fiscal budgets.
• Maintain presence at outlet and assist with greeting guests during outlet hours of operation.
• Attend and contribute to weekly Food and Beverage meetings.
