The promotional personnel will assist the marketing director with various events, drawings and duties. Player’s club representatives will be responsible for performing the duties involved with the operation of promotional events. And any other duties assigned by the controlling supervisor. Responsible for doing all match play sign ups. Gathering drawing entries, performing drawings, etc. Operate promotions thru player tracking system. Adhere to all policies and procedures written for the department. Blend personalities with co-workers, management and public. Promote strong guest service skills and ensures that the highest possible standards of guest services are number one. Making sure you have all supplies needed to begin your shift. Must be able to count and write numbers legible. Must be able to stand long periods of time. Bending and lifting are required. Ensures that exceptional internal and external guest service standards are always number one. Responsible for monitoring, stocking and cleaning area. Be courteous and professional at all, times to co-workers, guests, vendors or anyone you may have contact with while on duty. Must wear your gaming badge at all, times while on duty or doing business in the casino.
