About The Position

Brooksby Village is hiring a part time Server to work our catered events (private, community events & meetings) and to provide additional support to restaurants across campus. This position is responsible for serving alcoholic, non-alcoholic beverages and food to residents and guests while providing service that aligns with the Erickson Senior Living Mission, Vision, and Values. Events typically run 2 to 4 hours in length, with additional time for setup & breakdown.

Requirements

• Meet the state’s age requirement for serving alcohol (Must be 18 years old)
• Weekend/holiday availability, to work events as needed
• Good communication skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional event experience consistently
• Serving alcoholic, non-alcoholic beverages and food to residents and guests
• Providing service that aligns with the Erickson Senior Living Mission, Vision, and Values
• Setup & breakdown for events
