About The Position

The Food and Beverage Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Food and Beverage department. This position is responsible for maintaining records, preparing reports, coordinating schedules, processing invoices, managing departmental communications, and supporting compliance with company policies and food safety regulations. The role serves as a key liaison between management, vendors, team members, and other departments to ensure efficient daily operations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 1–3 years of administrative experience, preferably in hospitality, food and beverage, hotel, restaurant, or casino operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
  • Basic understanding of food and beverage operations and financial reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds occasionally.
  • Ability to use standard office equipment, including computers, printers, and telephones.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
  • Experience with purchase orders, invoice processing, and report preparation preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to Food and Beverage management.
  • Prepare, maintain, and distribute departmental reports, schedules, and correspondence.
  • Process invoices, purchase orders, and vendor payments in accordance with company procedures.
  • Monitor inventory records and assist with inventory reconciliation.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, attendance tracking, and departmental filing systems.
  • Coordinate meetings, training sessions, and special events
  • Assist with payroll-related documentation and timekeeping records.
  • Compile operational, financial, and labor reports for management review.
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Support budget tracking and expense monitoring activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and business records.
  • Assist with onboarding and administrative support for new department employees.
  • Collaborate with vendors and suppliers regarding orders, deliveries, and documentation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
