This role is responsible for making the complimentary 5:30 p.m. Kickback “happy hour” enjoyable for guests. The attendant will ensure exceptional, positive experiences for diverse team members and guests. Key duties include overseeing the 5:30 Kickback through food preparation and clean-up, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and lobby areas, ensuring food safety standards are met, and keeping supplies stocked. The position requires presenting and maintaining a high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality to promote the Drury culture. Additionally, the attendant will answer guest questions using knowledge of the hotel, area, and events, and ensure an exceptional guest experience through courteous, friendly service with a +1 Service attitude.
