About The Position

We are seeking a dependable, energetic, and hands-on Food and Beverage Ambassadors to lead daily breakfast and beverage operations at our hotel. This role is responsible for supervising the breakfast team, maintaining exceptional guest service standards, and supporting bar operations when needed. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and is comfortable working both operationally and administratively. This position requires flexibility to work as a Breakfast Attendant and Bartender while leading and supporting the food and beverage team.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service or hospitality role.
  • Proven track record of providing excellent guest experiences.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous hotel, restaurant, or hospitality supervisory experience preferred
  • Experience as a Breakfast Attendant, Server, or Bartender strongly preferred
  • Bartending knowledge and alcohol service certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
  • Marriott or hotel brand experience preferred
  • Team leadership and conflict resolution abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Positive attitude and guest-first mindset
  • Experience in a food service environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support daily breakfast and beverage operations
  • Lead by example and assist team members during busy service periods
  • Train, coach, and motivate food & beverage staff to maintain brand and service standards
  • Create a positive, team-oriented work environment
  • Assist management with scheduling, shift coverage, and performance feedback
  • Ensure all staff follow health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines
  • Oversee setup, presentation, stocking, and breakdown of complimentary breakfast service
  • Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction standards are consistently met
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management
  • Step into Breakfast Attendant duties as needed, including food preparation, replenishment, and guest interaction
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with hotel and state regulations
  • Provide friendly, attentive guest service during bar/lounge hours
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar area
  • Monitor guest alcohol consumption responsibly and verify IDs when required
  • Assist with inventory control and beverage restocking
  • Deliver exceptional hospitality and create a welcoming environment for guests
  • Address guest concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready dining and beverage area at all times
