About The Position

This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while supporting the operation of the Food and Beverage Department. Please note you MUST have a High School Diploma or GED to apply. We require ALL staff that handles alcohol to be 21+.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 21+ to handle alcohol
• A minimum of one to two years of experience in a hospitality or retail environment are required.

Nice To Haves

• Bartending experience preferred, but not required.
• Open availability, especially night shift and weekend is preferred.
• Experience in a bowling establishment is preferred, but not required.
• Bartending experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operates POS register for food and drinks (includes bar register when directed).
• Prepares food and beverage items utilizing the policies and standards of the company.
• Resets and bus the food court seating area.
• Washes and dries dishes, glasses, and other cooking/food prep utensils.
• Conducts all opening and closing procedures. (Opens and closes cash tills, kitchen cleaning, etc).
• Manages food and beverage inventory by the store’s policies and procedures.
• Maintains proper temperature for refrigerators and freezers.
• Manages plates, cups, and other utensil inventory by the store policies and procedures.
• Conducts restroom checks and cleaning including laundry of rags.
• Responds responsively, and politely with a friendly demeanor to customers’ requests.
• Occasionally Operates POS system to collect payments and allocate bowling lanes.
• Occasionally Operates POS system to collect payments and lends out facility and equipment. (Karaoke, billiards, darts, ping pong).
• Occasionally operates POS system to collect payments and issues cards and credits for arcade (AM).
• Other duties and responsibilities assigned by Store Management.
• Conducts alcohol and age restriction control by company policies.
• Conducts lost and found procedures according to company policies.
• Seeks constant improvement or more efficient and less expensive ways and means in department work processes.
• Compiles and maintains confidentiality of all company policies and procedures.
• Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working area.
