About The Position

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, LLP (GRSM), a national law firm with offices in all 50 states, has immediate openings in its Chattanooga office for Civil Litigation Attorneys with at least three years of experience. We welcome qualified candidates at all experience levels to apply. This position offers a unique opportunity to join and support the Agriculture & Food Law practice group, a nationally recognized litigation team handling complex matters nationwide, with a particular focus on agricultural chemical, crop protection, food law, product liability, toxic tort, commercial, and related litigation matters. Attorneys in this role will work closely with clients, experts, and litigation teams across multiple jurisdictions including in Texas, New York, Georgia, and California, and will have the opportunity to participate in all phases of complex litigation, including case strategy, discovery, depositions, motion practice, trial preparation, and client counseling. This position may require occasional travel in support of nationwide litigation matters.

Requirements

Civil Litigation Attorneys with at least three years of experience.
Excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills.
Strong academic credentials and demonstrated research abilities.
Self-starters capable of handling assignments with minimal supervision.
Licensed and admitted to practice in the State of Tennessee.

Admission in one or more additional states is highly desirable, particularly for candidates interested in supporting nationwide litigation matters.
Trial experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Support the Agriculture & Food Law practice group.
Handle complex matters nationwide, with a particular focus on agricultural chemical, crop protection, food law, product liability, toxic tort, commercial, and related litigation matters.
Work closely with clients, experts, and litigation teams across multiple jurisdictions.
Participate in all phases of complex litigation, including case strategy, discovery, depositions, motion practice, trial preparation, and client counseling.
Occasional travel in support of nationwide litigation matters.
