Requirements

• 5 years of bindery/print machine relevant experience.
• Experience with parallel, 8-page, 16-page and map folds.
• Ability to set up and run all jobs assigned.
• Sharp attention to detail coupled with a strong mechanical aptitude.
• Work effectively within a team environment and able to work independently when required.
• Demonstrated ability to be adaptable and flexible as needs arise.
• Strong command of both written and verbal English language.

Nice To Haves

• Bindery experience in folder, mailer or outsert setup.
• Experience in using glue system and water scores.

Responsibilities

• Set up and run all assigned jobs.
• Operate folding machines.
• Ensure quality control and attention to detail in all tasks.
• Work effectively within a team environment and independently when required.
• Adapt and be flexible to changing needs.
