The lifeblood of every Hattie B's, our Utility team members keep the show going by managing the facility during a shift. From food running and bussing to dishwashing, maintenance, and general cleanliness, FOH and BOH utility team members work together to keep Hattie B's tight, clean, and organized no matter how busy we get!. This is a great place to grow with us if you have little restaurant experience but love people.
