About The Position

Pizza Perfect in Nashville, TN is calling all friendly, helpful, and efficient FOH Team Members to apply to join our amazing food service team full-time and part-time! This vital customer service role position works a flexible full-time and part-time schedule and earns a competitive $12 - $14/hour, plus tips. Tips average about $4 - $5 extra per hour! We provide our full-time food service team benefits and perks, including health insurance at 50% employer contribution. Additionally, 50% off at any of our pizza stores. As an independently owned restaurant, Pizza Perfect makes handmade pies comprised of fresh ingredients and baked to order in our gas-fired stone brick ovens. Responsibilities

Assist with food prep as needed.
Follow all food prep specifications when cooking/preparing food items or beverages.
Replenish beverages and food serving stations.
Wrap food items and neatly arrange them for takeout.
Process payments, prepare bills, accept payment, and accurately make changes.
Balance cash register at the end of the shift.
Undertake necessary cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, washing dishes, sanitizing equipment, and scrubbing and polishing counters, steam tables, and more.
Meet guests' needs, arrange reservations, take orders, make recommendations, serve food, step in to help a fellow employee, and attend staff meetings to recognize or suggest areas in need of improvement.
Ensure restaurant operations have been met and exceeded customer service standards.
