FOH Team Member for Mamahuhu Noe Valley
About The Position
Mamahuhu is growing its front of house team. We have a casual, 40-seat dining room with bench, counter and booth seating. The dining room is designed for counter-service style ordering where guests line up, order at the counter, receive a number and we bring the food out to them when it's ready. The front of house is designed to be simple and lean and works great when we have a tight, organized group who can work efficiently and as a team. We are looking for a friendly and positive FOH Team Member to join our team! We’re looking for someone with flexible availability who is able to work a mix of lunch and dinner shifts based on the needs of the restaurant. The position is dynamic and requires someone who is comfortable jumping in wherever needed and working as part of a team. Our restaurants are fun, fast-paced, flexible, and teamwork-oriented environments!
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a hospitality role
- Flexible availability

Nice To Haves
- Experience with or interest in Chinese cuisine is a plus!
Responsibilities
- Run food
- Bus the dining room
- Hold down our point of sale (POS) counter during service
- Take orders
- Answer the phone
- Occasionally support our expediter in the kitchen
