About The Position

As a FOH Stocking Associate , you’ll support the front‑of‑house dining experience by keeping café and self‑service areas fully stocked, organized, and guest‑ready throughout the day. This role is focused on maintaining presentation, availability, and cleanliness in high‑traffic areas while working closely with the food service team to ensure smooth, efficient service. You’ll support a positive dining experience for employees by ensuring front‑of‑house areas are clean, organized, and consistently stocked.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • A positive, dependable attitude with a strong attention to detail
  • Reliability, consistency, and a team‑first mindset
  • Ability to stay organized and proactive in a fast‑paced environment
  • Comfort with physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, lifting supplies, and repetitive stocking
  • Strong awareness of cleanliness, presentation, and sanitation standards
  • Clear communication skills and a service‑oriented approach
  • ServSafe® Certification and State Food Handler Card (or willingness to obtain, if required)
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in food service, café, retail, or hospitality is helpful but not required — we’re happy to train the right person

Responsibilities

  • Stock and restock front‑of‑house areas with utensils, trays, lids, cups, napkins, condiments, beverages, and other self‑service items
  • Monitor inventory levels in FOH areas and communicate supply needs or low‑stock items to the supervisor
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional appearance in café and dining spaces
  • Support opening and closing routines to ensure FOH areas are fully set up for service or properly reset afterward
  • Assist with light front‑of‑house support tasks to help service flow smoothly during peak periods
  • Provide friendly, helpful assistance to guests as questions arise
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support daily dining operations
