About The Position

Villa Restaurant Group is seeking an energetic, hands-on, and guest-focused Front of House (FOH) Supervisor to help lead our team at 4 Rivers Smokehouse located inside Orlando International Airport (MCO). The Front of House Supervisor is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the restaurant while ensuring an exceptional guest experience. This role assists with supervising front-of-house team members, maintaining operational standards, coaching employees, and ensuring food safety, cleanliness, and service excellence throughout each shift.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous restaurant, hospitality, or food service supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent guest service and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic math, cash handling, and computer skills.
  • Flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime as business needs require.
  • Must be able to successfully obtain and maintain all required airport security badges and clearances.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Frequently lift, carry, push, or pull up to 30 pounds; occasionally up to 50 pounds with assistance.
  • Ability to bend, stoop, reach, twist, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and support front-of-house team members during daily operations.
  • Ensure every guest receives friendly, efficient, and exceptional service.
  • Monitor dining room and service areas to maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures, shift transitions, and daily operational checklists.
  • Coach team members on service standards, company policies, and operational procedures.
  • Address guest concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor labor, staffing levels, and workflow to maximize efficiency.
  • Assist with cash handling procedures, register accountability, and daily reconciliations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, airport regulations, health department requirements, and food safety standards.
  • Maintain accurate product displays, beverage stations, dining areas, and service counters.
  • Support inventory management by monitoring supplies and communicating operational needs to management.
  • Foster a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment.
  • Step into operational positions as needed to support business demands.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by restaurant management.
