About The Position

Chick’n Out is growing its front-of-house team for its busy season. They are looking for friendly, dependable people who enjoy working with guests and being part of a fast-moving team. Experience is helpful, but they are willing to train the right person. They provide structured, hands-on training to help you learn the menu, service standards, and daily responsibilities. If you’re outgoing, reliable, coachable, and ready to work during their busiest season, they would like to meet you.

Requirements

• Show up on time, in uniform, and ready to work
• Stay positive and composed during busy shifts
• Communicate clearly with guests, coworkers, and coaches
• Accept coaching and apply what you learn
• Pay attention and help without always being asked
• Treat every guest and teammate with respect

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive service
• Take accurate orders and use the Toast POS system
• Run food, maintain the dining room, and support the team
• Learn the menu and confidently answer guest questions
• Keep your area clean, stocked, and organized
• Help create a fun and memorable Chick’n Out experience
