About The Position

Located on Denver’s bustling Tennyson street, Vital Root focuses on plant-based meals that nourish the body and honor sustainability. Mostly vegetarian and 100% gluten free, this fast-casual concept from Edible Beats serves real ingredients and real food in a bright, comfy space brimming with natural accents and large, covered patio. In year 1 earn between $23–$25 per hour on average ( with tips included). Wages go higher from there based on tenure and proficiency. Base wage of $19.29/hour plus tips through a tip pool system. Tips are shared across the team and added to your hourly pay.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly, professional manner
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, providing menu recommendations when needed
• Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, floors, and service stations
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and courtesy
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
• Uphold health and safety standards in all aspects of service
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned
