About The Position
Las Olas Taqueria is preparing for Summer 2024 and is seeking to fill all positions across its locations in Exeter, NH, Hampton, NH, and Wells, ME. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team for roles including Front of House (FOH) Line Staff, FOH Shift Leads, Kitchen Crew (Cooks & Dish/Utility), Catering Crew (Production & Delivery), and Management Career Opportunities. We are a local staple, quick-serve, Latin-influenced restaurant known for serving fresh burritos, tacos, and more. Our made-to-order and made-from-scratch offerings are available for dine-in, take-out, or catering.
Requirements
- Some evening & weekend availability (out by 9:30PM)
- Reliably get to and from work
- Keep service and cooking stations organized & clean
- Portion/prep all in house-made food items
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Positive attitude & be a TEAM player
- Mindset to learn and adapt to our practices
- Pass a Background check
Nice To Haves
- Some experience is a plus for ease of restaurant training
Responsibilities
- Using service line equipment at fast pace
- Customer service & cash handling
- Basic prep projects with machinery, knives, kitchen equipment
- Cleaning and organizing stations and storage areas
- Opening and closing operations of 7 day a week business
