About The Position

As a Front of House Crew Member for Traditions Hospitality Group at Lakeside Bar and Grill in Ardmore, Oklahoma, you will provide excellent customer service and help ensure a positive dining experience for guests. The role includes greeting guests, taking and processing orders, handling payments, assisting with food preparation and takeout orders, maintaining the dining area, communicating with kitchen staff, and addressing guest feedback. You will uphold food safety and sanitation standards and collaborate with coworkers. The position is part-time, with a listed hourly pay range of $13.00 to $15.00. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be able to pass a background check.
Must be able to obtain a gaming license if applicable.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their dining experience.
Take orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
Handle cash transactions and ensure payment accuracy.
Assist with food preparation, including assembling orders and packaging takeout items.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area by wiping tables, sweeping floors, and restocking supplies.
Communicate with kitchen staff to support timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
