The position ensures distribution center processes and procedures are followed consistently, with an emphasis on efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. It also identifies opportunities to optimize processes and implement improvements that streamline operations and enhance productivity, and monitors key performance indicators to evaluate performance and support data-driven decision-making that advances operational excellence. The role leads and supervises 8 to 50 employees in a lean manufacturing and distribution environment while maintaining a strong focus on safety, inventory control, operational efficiency, and team development.
