About The Position

Ascend Staffing is hiring a Foaming worker for a hands-on production role in East Moline, Iowa. The work involves preparing components, using hand tools, supporting foaming and assembly steps, and checking work against assembly prints and drawings. The employee helps move materials through the production process while following work instructions and quality expectations in a manufacturing environment focused on safety, accuracy, and teamwork.

Compensation is $17.50 per hour. The scheduled shift is 7:00 am–3:30 pm. This is a temporary job with an anticipated start date of ASAP. Requirements

• Experience using flaring, soldering, and hand tools.
• Ability to read and understand assembly prints and drawings.
• Comfort working in a hands-on manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Ability to follow work instructions and maintain attention to detail.
• Dependable attendance and a safety-focused work approach.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
• May be required to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Nice To Haves

• At least 2 years of welding experience.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints.
• Previous experience supporting assembly or production teams.
