About The Position

The Foamer position is responsible for setting up panels and materials for panel foaming, and inspection of end panel product. Requirements

Must understand & be able to follow ALL safe operating procedures & requirements
Ability to use small hand tools efficiently and safely
Ability to read blue prints
Ability to read a tape measure
Ability to accurately figure shot times
Ability to operate all foam jigs efficiently
Ability to communicate in a team setting and be a team player
Ability to lift 50-75 lbs., plus on a continual basis.
Ability to reach overhead and/or above shoulder height frequently.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Ability to use repetitive motions.
Ability to be on time and at work on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

Setting up panels and materials in jigs to prep for panel foaming
Foaming standard, stock and custom panels
Select correct metal for panels
Accurately apply proper materials to panels in metal prep
Accurately set up jigs for panel foaming
Keep proper records of panels produced as required
Clean excess foam/material off panel and inspect for proper alignment and any defects
Other duties as assigned
