Foam Table Assembler 1 A Foam Table Assembler 1 is responsible for assisting insulation of panels for HVAC units. This role is responsible for scuffing, measuring and cutting H-Clip, panel assembly, and working a pressure table. An ideal candidate will have a keep eye for detail, the ability to stand and work at a table, and champion safety in the workplace. This position does assist in the fabrication department as needed.

Requirements

Stand continuously, 8+ hours

Occasionally required to work at heights over 4 feet with proper safety protection

Responsibilities

Performs basic tasks such as scuffing out panels, taping holes, and measuring h-clip.
Learns and follows safety procedures diligently.
Assists in preparing materials for pressure table operation.
Supports more experienced assemblers in various foam table tasks.
Maintains cleanliness and organization of work areas.
Actively participates in training programs to develop foam table skills.
Demonstrates willingness to learn and adapt to different tasks within the role.
Collaborates with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
Assists in Fabrication department as needed.
All other duties assigned.
