About The Position

Iowa Rotocast Plastics, Inc. manufactures and supplies premier merchandising equipment, including rotationally molded plastic products, wire racks, electric refrigeration, and fabricated portables for food and beverage concessionaires. They are also home to Grizzly coolers and products, serving Fortune 500 companies like Anheuser Busch, Miller Coors, Pepsi Co, Gatorade, Coca-Cola, Constellation Brands, and Nestlé Waters. The Foam Room Associate will be responsible for lifting various sizes of Grizzly coolers, loading them into a press for foam injection, releasing clamps, lifting coolers out of the press, and inspecting them before sending them to the cooler cleaner.

Requirements

• Ability to work with a team and exercised good judgement in decision making
• Strong attention to detail
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment
• Skilled in the use of various power tools, and hand tools
• Dependable and Reliable worker
• Frequently lift 50 lbs or more
• Standing on feet for an extended period of time

Nice To Haves

• A high school diploma or GED preferred

Responsibilities

• Working directly with company products
• Lifting products and loading/ unloading from press
• Inspecting product before sending off to next station
• Following gun operator to insert plugs into cooler after foam is injected
• Other warehouse duties as requested
