About The Position

SUNVEK Roofing is hiring an experienced Foam Roofing Foreman to lead residential and commercial roofing crews throughout the Phoenix area. This role is ideal for a productive, hands-on leader who takes pride in quality workmanship, jobsite professionalism, and keeping projects moving efficiently. The Foam Roofing Foreman will oversee foam roofing and coating projects, manage installers and labor crews, ensure safety and quality standards are met, and communicate effectively with customers and project stakeholders. This is a full-time leadership role with strong earning potential through piece-rate production pay.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of roofing experience required
  • Foreman or crew leadership experience preferred
  • Experience with foam roofing and roof coating systems strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of spray-applied roofing systems including silicone, emulsion, or similar coatings preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage crews and maintain production goals
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Clean driving record preferred
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screening
  • English/Spanish bilingual preferred
  • Ability to work full-time and occasional weekends as needed
  • Comfortable working outdoors in Arizona weather conditions
  • Ability to lift materials, climb ladders, and perform physical roofing work as needed

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage roofing crews on residential and commercial foam roofing projects
  • Oversee spray foam and roof coating applications including silicone, emulsion, acrylic, and other spray-applied systems
  • Train and mentor installers on proper installation techniques and safety procedures
  • Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards and manufacturer specifications are met
  • Read and execute scopes of work, work orders, and project instructions
  • Coordinate materials, equipment, and labor needs for each project
  • Maintain jobsite safety and ensure compliance with company safety standards
  • Communicate professionally with homeowners, property managers, building owners, and project contacts
  • Submit production updates, job photos, reports, and project documentation as required
  • Troubleshoot field issues and keep projects on schedule
  • Ensure crews maintain clean, organized, and professional jobsites
  • Support a positive, accountable, and team-oriented work environment
