Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily on a daily basis.
Knowledge, skill and/or ability required.

Responsibilities

Learn and perform demold, insert, trim and packer operations in the foam department within the allotted time and quality standards for each operation.
Rotate in an established rotation within their assigned cell.
Perform any combination of these operations throughout the day as required to meet production demands.
Cleanup, and control of non-conforming material.
Participate in recycle program where applicable.
