About The Position

Assertive Professionals is seeking multiple FMV/Imagery Analysts to support a National Security Customer at Ft. Bragg, NC. This is a funded and immediate opening with an annual $1,200 compliance bonus. The role involves performing advanced FMV/Imagery analysis with detailed products to support the Find, Fix, Finish, Exploit, and Analyze (F3EA) targeting methodology for Special Operations Forces (SOF) or other Special Mission Units (SMU). Analysts must be willing to deploy as an Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Tactical Controller (ITC) and demonstrate proficiency with relevant computer applications and automation. The position requires adaptability to shift work, non-standard schedules, on-call duties, and extended workdays, including weekends. CONUS shift work is typically 12 hours per day, while OCONUS rotations are generally 90-120 days but can vary and may be short-notice.

Requirements

Active TS/SCI Clearance
6 years of operational and tactical level intelligence experience -or- 2 years of previous experience with FMV analysis while assigned to JSOC.
Level 1: 4 years hands-on IMINT and/or FMV analysis and production experience out of the last 6 years.
Level 2: 6 years hands-on IMINT and/or FMV analysis and production experience out of the last 8 years.
Willingness to deploy as an Intelligence, surveillance, and Reconnaissance Tactical Controller (ITC).
Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing computer applications and intelligence related automation to support analytical efforts and product development.
