About The Position
Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Flux Core Shop Welders for projects located in or around Knoxville, TN. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $22/hour based on experience and skill level. Requirements
- Must have a minimum of 2–3 years of shop welding experience
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Must be able to pass various weld test
- Must be able to read and interpret blueprints and drawings
- Must have torch cutting experience
- Must be reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Responsibilities
- Perform Flux Core welding in horizontal and vertical positions
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and fabrication specifications
- Torch cut materials as required
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all shop safety procedures and production requirements
