As a Solution Advisor – Fluency Suite, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Accountable for managing assigned healthcare organizations and updating customer dashboards on a scheduled basis. Partner effectively with clients to perform workflow discovery, ensure adoption, and deliver advanced optimization for assigned Solventum product lines. Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for respective team and solutions as assigned. Conduct current-state workflow and configuration review with client implementing Solventum best practice workflows. Partner effectively with clients on suggested workflow optimization changes leveraging Solventum best practices. Ensure client has adoption of the most recent best practice features. Actively grow number of physicians utilizing tools Utilize Solventum and customer identified workflows and content to drive success and optimal documentation and coding outcomes. Engage in feedback sessions to refine and improve content and workflows. Coordinate all activities with the CSE if one is assigned to the account. Responsible for Understanding the client's short- and long-term strategy goals. Advocate for the customer, log issues, and escalate as needed following standard procedures in a timely manner. Responsible for formulating strong customer relationship and be seen as a knowledgeable, responsible representative from Solventum. Responsible for client success or failure and satisfaction with the product/service Recognize clients at risk, escalate to implementation, support and development Drive issues to resolution in a timely manner Identify potential products at risk and escalate to business leaders promptly to assist with resolution. Identify potential sales opportunities and engage with sales associate assigned to this client. Responsible for securing references Responsible for client retention Own the client. Establish agendas for all meetings with clients. Lead client meetings and coordinate follow-up on all requested items. Drive customer participation Achieve an established annual target for participation of your assigned clients in KLAS with the target of achieving NPS and OSAT scores exceeding the prescribed average for healthcare software vendors. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs). Assist in ensuring each client is aware of and leveraging use of all available analytics and reporting tools for determining system adoption and realized value from Solventum solutions. Responsible for securing baseline data of clients assigned prior to go live of product/service. Responsible for being the subject matter expert for the client products and delivering ROI reports to the client on a scheduled basis. Actively Stay up to date with knowledge of industry changes and product changes. Participate in relevant corporate programs/initiatives, complies with professional and quality standards, complies with corporate policies and procedures, and acts in a manner consistent with Solventum’s values and ethical standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution AND at least seven (7) years of experience as a RHIA, RHIT, CDI Specialist, Coder, RN, clinical specialties in a private, public, government or military environment OR High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution AND at least eleven (11) years of Fluency Solution Advisor or comparable role experience in a private, public, government or military environment.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
  • Responsibilities of this position include that corporate policies, procedures and security standards are complied with while performing assigned duties.

Nice To Haves

  • Strong understanding of the Revenue Cycle, workflow associated with an organization's Revenue Cycle both in the Professional and Facility Coding space.
  • Audit experience a plus.
  • Experience consulting with clients as it relates to health information systems, Electronic Medical Record (EMR) workflows, reporting, implementation, and medical professional coding.
  • Ability to find creative solutions and manage difficult situations with diplomacy and manage multiple project streams and teams.
  • Must have strong business acumen, strategic thinking, presentation skills, training skills, computer skills and be creative and innovative.
