About The Position

Juniper is seeking a Flower Watering Technician Driver for our Landscape Enhancement teams. This position will be a dual driver/crew member position responsible for driving a Juniper truck with a water tank to a handful of jobs to water and keep recently planted trees and plants healthy. We perform work on the job sites in a safe and quality manner to ensure beautiful landscapes for our clients.

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License and ability to clear a Motor Vehicle Record check required
• Experience safely driving a truck & trailer
• Must be able and willing to work for long periods of time outside (in extreme temperatures and direct sunlight)
• Must be able and willing to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly throughout the day
• Must be able to use hand tools and power equipment
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Nice To Haves

• Landscape installation experience and plant material knowledge preferred
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Responsibilities

• Safely driving a company work truck with a water trailer
• Performing daily vehicle inspections
• Watering plants
• Hand-watering
• Move soil, equipment and materials
• Using hand tools, power tools and/or equipment to perform landscape duties
• Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
