Requirements
- reliable and thrive in a fast-paced and physical environment
- able to frequently lift and carry up to 20 pounds
- able to stand on their feet and walk for 8 hours a day
- read/speak English and basic math skills
- able to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends
Responsibilities
- Unload incoming shipments and process fresh inventory
- Check freight-in against invoices (purchase orders) for discrepancies
- Examine new inventory for defects or damages
- Investigate and complete credit reports
- Transfer products to correct locations
- Attach identification data onto inventory
- Keep storage and inventory areas cleaned and organized.
- Establish or adjust work procedures to meet production schedules
- Inspect completed work for conformance to specifications and standards
