Requirements

• Ability to read and follow basic drawings, diagrams, or written instructions
• Basic critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks consistently
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and follow standardized processes

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required
• No prior manufacturing or assembly experience required; on-the-job training provided

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts and components according to drawings, work instructions, or standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Perform repetitive assembly tasks while maintaining accuracy and quality standards
• Use basic hand tools and equipment safely and correctly
• Verify parts and materials before and after assembly to ensure completeness and correctness
• Identify and report defects, missing components, or process issues to a supervisor
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Meet daily production goals while following quality and safety expectations
• Follow all company policies, safety guidelines, and warehouse procedures
