Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Able to back trailers
• Able to drive a manual transmission
• Able to read, write, understand and follow written and/or verbal instructions in English
• Able to pass a criminal background check

Nice To Haves

• CDL preferred, but not required
• Strong mechanical aptitude is a plus
• Professional demeanor (safety conscious, quality of job performance, cleanliness, and verbal communications)

Responsibilities

• Loading truck trailers with bulk flour.
• Collecting samples for the lab to analyze.
• Completing all necessary paperwork.
• Sealing all hatches, hoses and transfers points.
• Performing regular cleaning and maintenance on the equipment used.
• Housekeeping will be an ongoing duty for this position.
• Ensuring food safety.
