Requirements
- Prior experience in floral design or a related creative field preferred
- Strong eye for color, composition, and Walter Pine floral design aesthetics
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible part-time hours, including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift floral supplies as needed
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of flower care, handling, and seasonal availability is a plus
Responsibilities
- Design and create floral arrangements for a variety of occasions including events, weddings, and everyday orders
- Assist customers in selecting flowers, arrangements, and add-ons to meet their needs
- Receive, process, and properly store fresh flower inventory to maintain quality
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing shop floor and workspace
- Process customer orders accurately, including in-store, phone, and online requests
- Monitor and replenish floral supplies and materials as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships
