About The Position
The Freelance Firm is a national network of experienced, high-level, freelance attorneys and paralegals who provide remote, on-demand support for both short-term and long-term legal projects for client law firms. Due to increased demand, we are interviewing for a qualified, experienced, and dedicated Florida-based Medical Malpractice Attorney. Remote work hours will vary, but are expected to be approximately 5+ hours per week.
Requirements
- Licensed in good standing to practice law in the State of Florida
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Medical Malpractice matters
- Full understanding of FL medical malpractice laws and processes
- Well-organized and proven ability to meet deadlines
- Self-starter and able to work independently
Responsibilities
- Provide remote, on-demand support for legal projects.
- Handle medical malpractice matters.
- Manage workload to meet deadlines.
