The Floriculture Department Manager is responsible for the leadership, operational management, quality control, scheduling oversight, financial accountability, and process standardization of Russell Landscape’s Annual Color and Floriculture Division across all markets. This role oversees the complete seasonal color operation including production operations, scheduling coordination, vendor and plant procurement oversight, quality assurance, billing readiness auditing, workflow accountability, outer market support, operational process development, administrative oversight, standardization initiatives, and CREW workflow management. This position serves as the operational owner of the Floriculture Division and is responsible for ensuring consistent quality, operational excellence, profitability, and scalable processes across all markets. The Floriculture Department Manager will work closely with Account Managers, Floriculture Business Developer, Floriculture Field Managers, Branch Managers, Operations Teams, Vendors, Administrative Teams, and the Director of Enhancements.
